Snoop Dogg s'engage contre les violences policières

Snoop Dogg a annoncé qu'il allait donner lundi 25.000 dollars à la campagne du footballeur américain Colin Kaepernick, qui souhaite lever un million de dollars contre les violences policières.

Colin Kaepernick a déclaré sur Instagram que le rappeur avait fait un deuxième don. Snoop Dogg a souhaité faire, en particulier, un généreux don à Mothers Against Police Brutality. «Il aime tellement le travail de Mother Against Police Brutality, qu'il a donné 10.000 dollars supplémentaires.»

«Mothers Against Police Brutality s'est formé pour rassembler des mères qui ont perdu leurs enfants lors de violences policières», a expliqué le quaterback, qui avait refusé le 29 août 2016 de se lever au moment de l'hymne américain afin de protester contre ces violences. Depuis, Colin Kaepernick a été écarté des terrains.

With such an alarmingly disproportionate number of African American and Hispanic men and women killed by police, it’s obvious why Snoop chose this organization.
